Europe and the European Union are facing significant pressure. Will the EU reinvent itself? Could there be a European army? What are our fundamental shared values? This event will foster a dialogue about our interconnectedness. There's certainly much to learn and discuss!
During the EU Parade, you'll discover the local, national, and international impact of the European Union. Naturally, we will also dedicate significant attention to the current challenges and dilemmas facing the EU, and especially its citizens.
- Expect a vibrant day with a diverse program where storytelling takes center stage. After all, what is the story of Europe?
- The primary language of the event is Dutch. Some workshops will be conducted in English.
- Admission is free, but registration is required.
Youth Program
Young people can participate in a special program. Starting at 1:30 PM, they have two options:
- Workshops led by facilitators from the European Youth Parliament Netherlands (some in English).
- Creating stories (texts, poetry, music, visual arts, theater) about Europe and the EU, guided by Eric van der Steen.
